My interactions with Bob Franz and the Franz Group were exceptional. I am a novice at design work and when my CEO asked me to redesign our board room and lobby, I panicked. I selected the Franz Group because they were a local company . . . and I was not disappointed! Bob patiently walked me through each step, offered suggestions, kept me on target and delivered an exceptional product on-time. Bob was very respectful of our budget and met or came below budget on all our items.
Our furnishings are elegant, modern and professional and have transformed our offices. We consistently receive compliments from our guests and clients. 21st century table, made in USA
One major requirement for our conference room table was that it needed to be made in the USA. We found that Franz Design Group was based locally and built their products here.
Franz took our basic concepts and turned them into a great looking table, adding suggestions we had not thought of for a 21st century conference room. Franz offered a variety of finishes that other manufacturers could not give us and they were able to meet our short completion schedule. Because of Franz’s quality and customer service we are ordering more custom furniture in 2013 to complement our conference table. I highly recommend them.

Sophisticated conference table with data ports
I worked with Franz on two large projects. The first was a very sophisticated conference table with a complex network of data ports. My customer was very satisfied — the project was completed on time and on budget.
The other project we worked on together was the reception desk for the front lobby of our Technology Center. We had a very short timeline and a tight budget. Bob came up with a great design concept and our reception desk was delivered on time and on budget.

You made the process very simple and painless
We purchased a credenza, a wall-mounted dry board and a 5 x 12 ft. conference table. As you know, all pieces of furniture were custom designed with the help of your staff.
I have never purchased anything this “big” on the Internet or from a company “clear across the United States.” However your attention to detail and your availability for our questions made the process very simple and painless.
When the pieces came they were very well packaged, and except for some minor shipping damage, could be used immediately. One of the pedestals for the table was damaged and you replaced this item in a very timely manner. I cannot thank you enough for the products you make. Our conference room looks great!

Constant compliments on table & credenza
We are extremely happy with our table and credenza! I get compliments every time I bring someone new into our office. We recently hosted our Manager’s Summit here in our corporate office. We had 17 people from across the country and we were very comfortable and everyone enjoyed using the board room.
